What you will do:

• Lead assessment and intervention strategies to safeguard children and families.
• Manage complex cases with a focus on improving outcomes for children.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and present evidence in court.
• Provide supervision and mentor junior social workers and support staff.
• Engage actively in reflective supervision to continuously improve practice.

It is essential that all candidates are car drivers with access to a vehicle for this position. We welcome applications from experienced social workers with strong court skills and a proven track record in safeguarding. You must have at least three years of post-qualified experience and have completed your ASYE.
