What you will do:

Triage incoming safeguarding referrals and assess risk collaboratively
Determine appropriate safeguarding pathways for each case
Progress cases into Section 42 enquiries under the Care Act 2014 when required
Work in compliance with safeguarding legislation and guidelines
Collaborate closely with internal teams and partner agencies
Ensure accurate documentation and thorough case management

Person Specification:

Qualified Adult Social Worker with strong safeguarding experience within a local authority setting
Ability to skilfully manage triage and decision-making processes
Robust references covering any gaps in employment over the last three years
