FORKLIFT OPERATIVE (FOOD PRODUCTION)

Oldland Common, Bristol

Temporary to permanent contract

£16 per hour

Monday to Friday

Shifts between 6am-8pm (shift times vary daily)

WEEKLY PAID

OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED due to location

We are seeking a FLT OPERATIVE to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a working farm located in the village of Oldham Common, Bristol. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable and motivated to work in an abattoir as part of a professional team.

We are looking for a forklift operative to join a busy meat factory in the outskirts of Bristol. This is a hands on role where you will be working with raw meat products.

• Must hold a valid reach and / or counterbalance licence
• Comfortable working with raw meat products in a chilled environment
• Ability to work flexibly – some days early starts (6am) and some late finishes (8pm)
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items when required
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well both independantly and as part of the team

Candidates must have:

• CV
• Valid counterbalance or reach FLT licence
• Own transport due to the location
• Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
