The Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead a vibrant, high-volume site offering informal yet exceptional fresh food. You’ll inspire and develop your team, creating a culture where guests feel welcome and your team thrives. The pace is fast, but the atmosphere remains personal and friendly.

About You

Lives and breathes food and service with genuine passion.
At least three years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment.
Comfortable managing weekly volumes of £50k–£70k.
Demonstrates stability and progression in your career.
Obsessed with operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Inspires and develops your team to reach new heights.
Commercially astute and guest-focused.
A natural leader who drives change and brings out the best in others.
