Ganger in Penrith, North West

Job Title: Ganger       
Location: Penrith, CA10
Rate: £18.87 per hour PAYE + paid holidays
Start Date: ASAP

VGC Group is seeking an experienced Ganger to join our team on a major highways project based in Penrith.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support groundworks teams on site
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Liaise with site management and ensure quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar ganger or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of groundworks

Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Proof of right to work in the UK
