Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and training to families, carers, school staff, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver seamless and coordinated care.

• Contribute to service development initiatives, audits, and quality improvement projects.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering growth and maintaining high standards across the team.

• Deputise for the team leader as required, ensuring continuity of leadership and service delivery.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

• Substantial post-qualification experience within paediatrics.

• Confident working both independently and within multidisciplinary settings.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A full UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites will be required.
