About the Field Service Engineer Role

• As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the company onsite, travelling to client locations across the UK (and occasionally internationally) to install, commission, maintain, and repair a range of sophisticated packaging machines
• You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, perform routine servicing, and provide technical training and support to clients to ensure smooth operation.

What the Field service Engineer will do

• Set up and test packaging equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and servicing
• Support customers with technical advice and training
• Travel regularly across the UK with some overnight stays and occasional international trips

• Competitive OTE up to £60,000 including overtime (1.5x weekdays & Saturdays, 2x Sundays)

• Call-out rota: 1 in every 6 weeks, with a £75 retainer plus pay for hours worked during call-outs
