With new automated lines recently installed, this is an exciting time to step into a technology-led, forward-thinking production environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with production or packaging experience who are looking to develop and grow with a company that invests in both people and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor automated packing machinery

• Investigate and troubleshoot faults to prevent downtime

• Run the line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers

• Lead and train a team of machine operators

• Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Quality standards

• Liaise with development teams to improve processes and drive productivity

• Take full ownership of your line's performance
