What you will do:

  • Carry out detailed assessments for children and families with a complexity of needs.
  • Provide professional leadership and supervision to colleagues in your team, supporting the Team Manager.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day team operations and strive to create an efficient service for the A&I team.
  • Share your expertise through supervision, mentoring, and offering on-the-job training and coaching.
  • Maintain high standards of professional social work practice, while encouraging learning and reflection among team members.
  • Champion evidence-based practice and lead in challenging and improving the quality of social care.
