What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans to support the safety and welfare of children at risk.
- Work closely with families, offering guidance and support to help them create a stable and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver comprehensive care for children and their families.
- Lead and manage child protection investigations and participate in care proceedings when necessary.
- Provide reports and records for court cases, meetings, and reviews to ensure accurate information is documented.
Must have experience with child protection and care proceedings. Social Worker candidates should preferably be ParentAssess trained, as this experience will be vital in supporting the families and children we aim to help.
