Our Referral & Assessment Team is on the lookout for a highly skilled Locum Social Worker who can effectively collaborate with families and professionals to determine the support needed to empower families in parenting safely. What you will do:

• Undertake assessments and initiate plans to support families in addressing their needs
• Work collaboratively with the team and other agencies to provide holistic support
• Engage with children and families to ensure their voices are heard and acted upon in the planning process
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive records of your work
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and supervision sessions
• Continuously develop your practice through available training opportunities
