Exciting opportunity: Band 6 CPN Nurse in Lambeth, UK. Earn £27 hourly with an ASAP start.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered CPN to join our team in Lambeth for a full-time or part-time role, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You will be supporting our Short Term Support Service due to a recent surge in referrals. Your expertise in assessments, formulations, and psychosocial interventions within a 12-week framework will be invaluable.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective care plans.
- Deliver psychosocial interventions and support within a 12-week assessment and treatment framework.
- Engage in duty work and collaborate with colleagues on discharge coordination to help manage team caseloads.
- Provide short-term support for individuals with low to moderate needs in collaboration with clinicians, social workers, and support workers.
Essential skills / experience:
- Strong assessment and formulation skills.
- Ability to provide psychosocial interventions effectively within a structured framework.
- Experience in managing short-term support services and engaging in duty work.
