Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to enhance your nursing career as a Community IV Therapy Nurse in the heart of Kirklees? This role offers the chance to make a real difference within the community, working with a supportive team across a variety of locations including Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Cleckheaton, and Mirfield. The service runs 7 days a week with 7.5-hour shifts, giving you the flexibility to work either 0800-1600 or 1300-2100. Full-time and part-time options are available to fit your lifestyle.

What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality IV therapy services to patients within their homes or designated community settings.
- Efficiently use SystmOne for record-keeping and patient management, ensuring all details are meticulously captured.
- Independently manage and administer IV antibiotics, demonstrating expertise in handling central venous access devices like PICC lines, mid lines, and cannulas, particularly within a community setting.
- Use your own vehicle for business travel, making essential visits to various locations while ensuring patients receive prompt and efficient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to patients across Kirklees, contributing to the area’s health and wellbeing.
