What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage patients with stroke, neurological, and complex conditions, including those with multi-pathology.
• Leverage your well-developed clinical reasoning to choose appropriate assessment techniques and determine a clinical diagnosis for each patient’s needs.
• Engage with patients empathetically, seeking and sharing personal and sensitive information confidentially to establish their therapy needs.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
• Car driver preferable
