What you will do:
- Independently manage an acute in-patient neonatal and paediatric dysphagia caseload across both the paediatric ward and outpatient clinic settings.
- Provide comprehensive and developmentally supportive care to babies, children, and their families, ensuring a holistic approach.
- Engage in potential leadership opportunities involving Quality Improvement projects to enhance the Neonatal SLT service.
- Benefit from informal clinical support via a local Clinical Lead Neonatal SLT with external supervision available to keep your skills sharp and impactful.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
- Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Recent UK/NHS post-qualifying experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Proven expertise in neonatal care with the ability to work independently in this specialised field.
