We are seeking an inspiring and innovative Team Leader for the High Intensity Therapy Team within Talking Therapies Team in Luton, UK, earning a handsome sum between £55,450.00 and £60,505 annually. This is a full-time, permanent role tailored for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to lead from the front. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional high intensity interventions, initially focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD). What you will do:

- Provide overall leadership and management for the team of High Intensity Therapists, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient service.
- Oversee the implementation of high intensity interventions for complex anxiety and depression issues, using CBT/PCE-CfD to ensure clinical effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with clients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds, and utilise interpreters to ensure all clients have access to necessary support.
- Monitor referrals, guide your team in the application of evidence-based interventions, and ensure the consistent use of evidence-based assessments.
- Handle case management, clinical supervision, and be the go-to person for inquiries from service users and related organizations.
- Lead in service performance evaluations and audits, encourage staff personal development, and manage leave and absence to maintain team stability.

Essential requirements include a solid understanding of anxiety and depression, and the drive to utilise evidence-based psychological therapies. We value high-level communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to handle pressure while respecting individual rights and confidentiality is crucial.
