What you will do:

- Act as an essential member of the dynamic multi-agency team
- Provide harm reduction advice and facilitate needle exchange provision
- Manage crisis cases and serve as a single point of contact for clients
- Develop and deliver comprehensive and tailored individual interventions
- Deliver a range of open access, structured, one-to-one, and group support
