This role is based at our state-of-the-art 48-bed centre, where you'll be part of a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex neuro disabilities, including those recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, or other neurological conditions. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of enthusiastic professionals, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality care and rehabilitation.

What you will do:

  • Play a key role in delivering specialised speech, language, and swallowing assessments for adults facing communication and cognitive challenges.
  • Engage in neurorehabilitation within our supportive residential setting, providing both individual and group interventions.
  • Contribute to stroke recovery pathways, offering vital rehabilitation services aligned with best practices and government policies.
  • Work directly with out-patients, delivering transformative care and offering insightful advice.
  • Participate in designing and developing SLT programmes under the guidance of senior SLTs.
  • Provide essential guidance to clients, families, and staff on managing dysphagia effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Holds a degree or diploma in Speech and Language Therapy and is registered with the HCPC.
  • Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy.
