What you will do:

  • Take on the leadership role in complex case management, ensuring positive outcomes for Manchester residents.

  • Prepare high-quality documentation and reports, maintaining effective data recording.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partner agencies to facilitate residents' access to suitable services.


As a Senior Social Worker, you'll provide supervision to a group of qualified social workers, ensuring adherence to legal, policy, and ethical standards while working closely with the team manager. You will play a crucial role in delivering safe and effective social care and managing safeguarding risks within a multi-agency environment.
