What You Will Do:

• Support the Assistant Team Manager and Team Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred services for adults with mental health diagnoses and their carers.

• Supervise and guide Social Workers and Social Care Assessors, maintaining consistent standards of professional practice.

• Act as a Safeguarding Adult Manager (SAM) for Section 42 enquiries, providing expert oversight and direction.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 complex cases, ensuring effective, compassionate, and timely support.

• Promote and maintain excellence in frontline social work practice within the team.

• Participate in the duty rota, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery and responsive care.
