This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and resourceful Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic paediatric team in Attleborough. What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical, sensory, and developmental needs of children within the paediatric team.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating innovative interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and optimal support for each child.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with information governance and confidentiality standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to service and team performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
- HCPC registered and member of RCOT.
- A minimum of two years' experience in paediatrics, learning disabilities, or related specialisms such as SEMH and neurodivergence is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly across different audiences.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable as you may need to travel to different locations for assessments or meetings.
