What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including parenting evaluations, to develop outcome-focused care plans for children and their families.
• Handle care proceedings within both private and public court contexts, ensuring that you work within required timescales.
• Formulate and execute permanency plans for children, including adoption, to secure their future well-being.
• Skillfully navigate and respond to complex risk situations with families, providing detailed analysis of interventions in records.
• Collaborate within a high-performance pod of 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager to optimise support and oversight.
