Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Early Intervention and Family Support Service Officer to help develop and maintain high-quality support services

Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic and responsive services to children, young people, and their families

Provide cover for absent colleagues to ensure continuity of care and service delivery

Manage your own caseload, contribute to care planning, and maintain high standards in line with safeguarding principles

Make timely and appropriate referrals to child protection services where necessary

Prepare and present clear, concise reports for a range of professional audiences

Participate in relevant meetings, discussions, and case conferences to support collaborative working

Keep accurate and up-to-date family files, ensuring information is recorded and shared appropriately

Act as a role model to families and colleagues, handling sensitive issues with professionalism and care

Keep up to date with current legislation and procedures, sharing key updates with the wider team
