Support Worker – Torquay
Flexible Shifts | PAYE: £13.80 per hour (holiday included)

Seven Resourcing is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support across care homes, rehabilitation facilities, and similar settings in Torquay.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

• Providing person-centred care and emotional support to service users.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records of care and observations.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of UK care experience (as a Support Worker, HCA, or Carer).
• PMVA Certificate (3-day course) – must be on file. If not held, training can be purchased through us.
• Valid DBS on the Update Service.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Ability to provide three years of referencing.
• A car driver is desirable due to the location.
