Key Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to professional and local guidelines.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive care experience.

• Support and mentor junior staff members and student nurses as required.

• Uphold and promote infection prevention and control measures at all times.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes.
