Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload, conducting statutory assessments, reviews, and reassessments using appropriate social work methods and theories.

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, policies, and procedures to meet the needs of adults, providing appropriate support via personal budgets.

• Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and professional guidelines.

• Arrange and chair planning meetings and customer reviews, collaborating with partners and other agencies to develop innovative services.

• Participate in safeguarding enquiries and attend multi-disciplinary forums.

• Provide supervision and support to non-qualified team members.
