For the successful Part Time Office Administrator our client is offering:
- Pay - £13.50 per hour
- Hours - Part Time Monday to Friday 9am-3:30pm
- Temporary to Permanent
- Opportunities to learn new skills
The Role - Part Time Office Administrator:
- Organising of files
- Managing emails
- Putting things onto XERO
- Reconciling
- Putting invoices onto the companies accounts system
- Sending invoices out
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
- Answering calls
- Resolving queries via phone & emails
- Maintaining the office
What our client is looking for in a Part Time Office Administrator:
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Ideally have experience within a Accounts role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Experience with Microsoft office products including outlook, excel and teams
- Excellent telephone manner
