Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the Early Help Team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality response to referrals.

• Work in close collaboration with Sutton’s Children’s First Contact Service, coordinating referrals and ensuring appropriate pathways are followed.

• Supervise, support, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Build effective partnerships with stakeholders across children’s services and community organisations.

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
