Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and direction to the Early Help Team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality response to referrals.

Work in close collaboration with Sutton’s Children’s First Contact Service, coordinating referrals and ensuring appropriate pathways are followed.

Supervise, support, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Build effective partnerships with stakeholders across children’s services and community organisations.

Monitor and evaluate service delivery, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
