What you will do:

- Assessment and Risk: Conduct urgent mental health and risk assessments for young people in crisis, implementing strategies to ensure their well-being.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide impactful short-term, intensive support to stabilise situations in various settings, whether at home, school, or hospital.
- Care Planning and Coordination: Develop and continually review comprehensive care plans, ensuring smooth transitions and effective coordination with partner services.
- Medication Support: Assist with the safe administration and monitoring of medication, adhering strictly to Trust policies and guidelines.
- Record Keeping and Governance: Maintain precise documentation while adhering to safeguarding and legal frameworks.
- Teamwork and Supervision: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, offering guidance and supervision to junior staff members.
- Communication and Partnership: Engage with young people, their families, and external agencies to promote a collaborative approach to care.
- Training and Development: Keep your professional registration active, partake in mandatory training sessions, and pursue relevant specialist development opportunities.
