Job Opportunity: MEWP Operators x8 - Nightshift (Birmingham)

Start Date: Monday, 6th October 2025
End Date: Friday, 31st October 2025 (Potential to extend)
Shift: Nightshift - 8:00 PM to 4:30/5:00 AM (30-minute break)
Location: Birmingham-based, with travel to various sites from a central depot

Pay Rates:
TBC
Rate flexibility may be considered for candidates with the right qualifications and availability.

Key Duties:
Operate MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms) to access and work at height safely
Remove unauthorised items such as flags, banners, and signage from public buildings and infrastructure
Conduct thorough pre-use inspections of MEWP equipment and report any defects
Follow detailed work instructions and route plans to complete nightly assignments efficiently
Work in pairs, coordinating with a team member to ensure safe and effective task completion
Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any issues or obstructions encountered
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including working at height protocols
Represent the team professionally when working in public-facing environments

✅ Essential Requirements:
IPAF 1B certification (mandatory)
CPCS A26 or NPORS N108/N109
Valid UK Driving Licence (must be able to drive up to 7.5t)
Ability to pass a Safety Critical Medical (SEQHOS accredited)
Drug & Alcohol test required at induction
