What you will do:
- Lead and manage a skilled team of social workers within the Children & Families division to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support families, ensuring compliance with national standards.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages professional growth and outstanding performance.
- Monitor case progress, providing guidance and advice to ensure team objectives are met.
- Liaise with multi-agency partners to promote an integrated approach to child welfare and safeguarding.

Requirements for the Team Manager:
A degree or equivalent in social work is essential, alongside a current registration with Social Work England. Recent managerial experience is a must, ideally within roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager. Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services is crucial, along with an ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
