What you will do:
- Work as a pivotal part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, conducting thorough assessments to inform precise decision-making.
- Collaborate with a range of agencies to ensure the protection and welfare of children and young people.
- Utilise your extensive frontline experience to manage complex cases effectively and efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable working environment.

Requirements:
You must have a degree or equivalent qualification in social work, alongside a current registration with Social Work England. Your significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker will equip you for the challenges of this role. You will be adept at working within safeguarding frameworks and bringing a robust and innovative approach to your duties.
