What you will do:
- Lead and manage a skilled team consisting of 2 physiotherapists, 1 occupational therapist and 4-5 therapy assistants.
- Deliver high-quality treatment plans tailored to neurological rehabilitation needs.
- Ensure the effective delivery and coordination of patient treatment within the facility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centred care.
- Maintain and enhance professional development and team leadership skills.
Requirements:
You must hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy. Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy, especially in neurology, will be beneficial. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is required. Although previous NHS experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
