What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals with stroke and acute neurological conditions, helping them to regain vital life skills.
- Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation procedures and home exercises to ensure continued progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Must be HCPC registered.
- Previous experience in stroke and acute neuro is essential.
- Driving licence preferred for ease of patient visits and community work.
