What you will do:

  • Hold a small, focused caseload, ensuring high-quality support and guidance to Connected Carers.
  • Assist the Team Manager in managing duty and viability requests, ensuring smooth processes within the team.
  • Quality-assure assessments, providing expert insights and recommendations to improve outcomes for children and carers.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
  • Ensure all duties are conducted in line with current legislation and best practice, maintaining professional service standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
