What you will do:
- Provide high-quality assessment, supervision, and support to connected carers, ensuring excellent care for the children in their charge.
- Assist connected carers in developing skills and building confidence through tailored training initiatives.
- Enable carers to meet the diverse needs of children by offering guidance and support tailored to individual situations.
- Collaborate with a team geared towards fostering growth and impact in the community.
- Occasionally travel outside Durham to meet the needs of the carers effectively.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
