What you will do:
- Provide management direction and support for complex cases involving Child Protection procedures, Children we Care for, and court processes.
- Supervise and oversee case progression to ensure effective service delivery for children and families.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and efficient working environment.
- Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices within Children's Services.
- Engage with families, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources.

Requirements of the Team Leader:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Children's Services, particularly in leading complex cases.
