What you will do:
- Assess and plan patients' nutritional needs, creating individual care plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nutrition support.
- Educate and advise patients and their families on dietary plans.
- Participate in ward rounds and case conferences as part of the patient care process.
- Review and manage parenteral and enteral feeding regimes, ensuring competence with feeding tubes.
- Supervise and mentor dietetic students, enhancing their learning and practical experience.

Requirements of the Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent in dietetics.
- Recent UK experience working as a Dietitian.
- Registered with the HCPC to work in the UK.
- Minimum of one year practising as a Dietitian.
- Demonstrable experience in an MDT setting.
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient nutrition support, including enteral feeding.
- Parenteral nutrition trained.
- Skilled in supervising students.
- Valid UK driving licence.
