Job Opportunity: Band 6 Pharmacist - Medicines Supply Service in Northampton, earning £26 per hour on an ongoing, full-time contract. Join our dynamic team with flexible working hours Monday to Friday consisting of 7.5 hour days, as part of a vibrant rota to maintain the dispensary's operations from 8 am to 6 pm. Occasionally, collaborate during Saturday mornings as part of a rotation.

What you will do:
- Undertake clinical validation of prescriptions for inpatients, discharges, and outpatient prescriptions, ensuring precision and patient safety
- Execute a final technical accuracy check for dispensed items, collaborating closely with two dedicated Accredited Checking Technicians
- Assist in labelling and dispensing medicines efficiently
- Employ your knowledge of Smartcard systems and SystmOne to optimise our service delivery

Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must hold GPHC Registration and possess an NVQ or equivalent Pharmacist qualification
- Brings previous experience working within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting
