What You Will Do

Conduct thorough assessments and deliver brief interventions for service users.

Provide both short-term and long-term keyworking support for clients under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).

Assist with Duty Team coverage to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Engage with clients compassionately, offering practical support and helping them on their mental health journey.
