Key Responsibilities

• Conduct domiciliary visits and deliver tailored nutritional support to adults in the community.

• Perform assessments and design personalised nutrition plans to support recovery and independence.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous adult community dietetics experience is essential.

• Registration: HCPC registration required.

• Transport: Car driver with access to a vehicle is essential (mileage reimbursed).
