The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you won’t just be photocopying worksheets. You’ll be right in the thick of classroom life, making a real impact every single day.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students in class, across a range of subjects, to help them smash their academic goals
- Running small group booster sessions to boost confidence, grades, and smiles
- Supporting students with GCSE and A Level prep, guiding them through revision strategies, tricky topics and exam techniques
- Bringing your own personality and creativity into the classroom — whether that’s designing fun starter activities or helping with school clubs
- Working alongside expert teachers who will coach and mentor you
