Graduate Learning Support Assistant
Location: Barnet
Contract: Full-time, Long-term until July 2025
Pay: Up to £650 per week (term-time only)

The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who have special educational needs (SEN), supporting their academic and personal development
- Assist teachers with planning, delivering, and differentiating lessons
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and independence in the classroom
- Provide emotional and social support to students where needed
- Work closely with the SEN department, contributing to student progress reviews and support plans
This role offers invaluable classroom experience and is ideal for graduates looking to go on to train as teachers or pursue careers in educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or other SEND-related fields.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate (any subject) with a strong academic background
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, resilient attitude
- Experience working with young people or in SEN settings (desirable, not essential)
