Family Support Worker – Wigston (Full-Time)
Location: Wigston & across Leicestershire
Salary: £14.83 per hour
Hours: 37 per week

Seven Resourcing is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our team in Wigston. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising family time between children and their parents, as directed by court orders.

The role is county-wide and will involve travel to different locations across Leicestershire to ensure children and families receive safe, supportive, and structured contact sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support court-ordered family contact sessions.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
• Provide objective feedback and written reports following contact sessions.
• Work closely with social workers and other professionals to support positive outcomes for children.
• Manage travel across the county to facilitate contact sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in a support, care, or family-focused role is desirable.
• Ability to remain professional and objective in sensitive situations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel across Leicestershire.
