Locum Occupational Therapist - Social Service/Reablement in Eden (UK), earning £34 per hour Hourly. What you will do:
- Assess and provide appropriate occupational therapy interventions to clients to promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with social services, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to create individualised care plans
- Help clients achieve and maintain functional abilities through therapeutic activities and adaptations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans as needed
- Provide advice and support to clients, carers, and families on adaptive equipment and techniques
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting, adhering to professional standards and local policies

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
- A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the UK
- Experience within the NHS is preferred
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
