What you will do:
- Support clinical ward rounds, ensuring effective communication of medication plans
- Perform medicines reconciliation to guarantee accurate and safe drug administration
- Respond to and resolve all pharmaceutical queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist in the dispensary to supply medicines swiftly and efficiently
- Contribute to the operational duties in the pharmacy department by collaborating with healthcare professionals
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must hold GPHC Registration
- Possess previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
- Hold an NVQ or equivalent Pharmacist qualification
