We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established manufacturing site in West Glamorgan. This is a permanent position working a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (days & nights), offering a competitive salary of £43,000 and opportunities for professional development.

The Role:

• Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

   

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on machinery and equipment

   

• Carry out routine inspections and ensure equipment is running efficiently

   

• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

   

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintenance procedures

   

⚡ About You:

• Electrically biased engineer with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

   

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG environment

   

• Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels

   

• Comfortable working on mechanical aspects as part of a multi-skilled team

   

• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights)
