What you will do:

• Perform a range of diagnostic tests in the Histology department to assist in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of laboratory work are maintained.
• Assist in the implementation of the LIMS and EPR project to improve laboratory processes and efficiency.
• Ensure the laboratory complies with established health and safety regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain laboratory accreditation and improve patient outcomes.
• Document and manage laboratory results meticulously and in accordance with the specified protocols.
