What You Will Do:

• Manage a high-risk caseload with competence and care.

• Work from a clinic-based environment, delivering excellent service and support.

Requirements:

• You must be HCPC registered to be considered for this role.

• Confidence in managing complex cases is essential.

• A driving licence is advantageous, as it provides the flexibility to reach a variety of locations and participate in community-based assignments.
