Band 6 Community Nurse for Dementia in Telford & Wrekin (UK), earning £26 per hour Hourly, required for a 12-week placement. What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with dementia in community settings, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting changes to relevant healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Educate patients and their families about managing dementia and provide support and reassurance.
Requirements:
- Must be RGN qualified and NMC registered with a valid, live pin.
- Recent UK nursing experience is essential to adapt quickly and efficiently in our team.
- Experience within a Community or District Nursing role is necessary to provide seamless care.
